How to register

ESOT Congress 2021 offers the perfect place for transplantation professionals to gather, network and discuss new and exiting topics in the field of organ transplantation

We recognise that during these uncertain and ever-changing times, it is difficult for delegates to decide how they would like to experience this year’s Congress – whether to join us in-person or attend virtually. With this in mind, we are delighted to offer a flexible and dynamic registration process which we hope will give peace of mind to our community.

If you register now for on-site attendance and are then unable to attend the meeting in Milan, we would be pleased to offer a refund on the price difference so you only pay for the online experience*.

In addition, if you register now for online attendance and then decide in the future that you would like to attend in Milan, you will only be required to make up the price difference in attending on-site*.

*Please note that you will need to make a decision by 31 July 2021 on whether you would like to keep or change your type of Congress registration.
